Conditions of Sale:
Any tickets issued on behalf of Holistic Horse Help either directly or through a promotor are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
a. Valid on date shown only
b. Animals (except guide dogs) not admitted
Tickets are not refundable.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by Holistic Horse Help, you will be offered a full refund, or the opportunity to carry your ticket over to the next available date for the event for which you have booked. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are able to offer your ticket to someone else, however you must inform Holistic Horse Help that this is the case, and that person must complete and sign a booking form.
The organisers reserve the right, in combination with any directives on the ticket or displayed at the venue/premises, to:
- Refuse admission and remove any person from the event without assigning any reason.
- Alter the composition of the programme/event without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets
- Refuse entry and use on the the premises of any form of audio and visual equipment
- Conduct security searches to ensure safety of patrons
Purchase of a ticket signifies acceptance that:
As a member of the audience, attendees may be filmed and sound recorded for broadcast or use in commercial products involving film or sound.
Holistic Horse Help and agents acting on its behalf cannot accept responsibility for any loss or liability incurred as a result of: (i)Contracts entered into by visitors or those connected with them, with any exhibitor, or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor or speaker (ii) Any damage to or loss of visitors' property whilst at an event (iii)Personal injury caused to or death of any visitor at the event, save insofar as this arises out of the organisers' negligence
Holistic Horse Help reminds you that these events are held in dusty atmospheres and that if as an attendee on an event you suffer from respiratory problems, you should bring or take medication as directed by your Doctor, or that you should seek medical advice before attending if concerned.
Finally, Holistic Horse Help works with horses, and as such, these animals can be dangerous. Horse riding and working with horses can cause injury and we would ask that you always act responsibly when in the vicinity of animals.
